Every session is uniquely tailored to what your body needs in that moment. Using a thoughtful blend of techniques — including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dynamic stretching, and manual lymphatic drainage — your therapist works to quiet the nervous system, release deeply held tension, and guide you into a state of total, lasting relaxation.
When your body calls for it, hot stone therapy and cupping are incorporated to deepen the work — warming tight tissue, improving circulation, and creating a sense of spaciousness that hands alone can’t always reach.
All modalities and tools are included in the session rate - no upcharges, ever.
Now, the only decision left to make is 60, 75, or 90 minutes? Rest and relief is waiting for you on the table.
