Beka Albert, LMT

‍ ‍Beka is the Founder of The Heron and a Licensed Massage Therapist based in North Chesterfield,Virginia. She blends clinical expertise in pain management with a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness. A graduate of Lotus Professional College, Beka focuses on an individualized approach to healing, skillfully integrating somatic touch, deep pressure, and myofascial release with active stretching and specialized tools to create a therapeutic experience tailored to each client's unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, Beka stays grounded by connecting with the Virginia landscape through hiking with her dog, Betty, and gardening. This love for nature and nourishment carries into her home life, where she enjoys the slow, intentional process of baking sourdough. Her favorite way to recharge is snuggling up on the couch with a fresh slice of bread and a great historical drama, a reflection of the same warmth, comfort, and care she brings to her practice.
